Usually around this time I get, and make the bed unless I have a migraine.
I rarely get dressed; it’s just a waste of energy. Every other day I change my PJs. Once a week I try to have a bath and I try to wash my hair weekly too, but I can’t always manage it. Now, in 2022 it’s more like a bath every fortnight and a hair wash once a month. I don’t really have a good pattern or routine yet but I am trying to have one.
After making the bed I go downstairs straight to the settee. (Update 2022 it’s been a very long time since I was able to make the bed :(, which as I read this it feels sad because it been over a year since I’ve been able to do this). I know it’s just geography and that in reality I am bed bound. But getting up makes me feel like I’m a bit less sicker than I really am.
If I’ve had a bath / washed my hair I’m usually totally wiped out and shaking and just have to lie down flat.
