Fortnightly Catch Up 06.08.2021 …

The struggle is so very real my friends …

It feels like each day / week / months just gets harder and harder …

Don’t forget whenever you see MiA … it means I have been unable to journal anything on that day due to serious illness or just because I was unable to do anything, except keep my head above water, on that particular day.

What’s New …

5/MTHF Methylfolate is my new vitamin, which feels likes it might be doing something. We’re not talking miracles but we are talking a less profound exhaustion, one where I feel less like giving up. And, my neuropathic pain seems more tolerable too.

What’s Important …

It’s important that you please hold space for me while I handle my new levels of sickness. I will eventually get back to someone routine once I either recover a little or acclimatise to my new level of poorly.

I am really struggling …

We are trying to clear our garage out and for some reason the job seems to be mine. WTAF …

Any way today I packed three boxes of fabrics that I’d been holding on to, imagining that I might make curtains and other items again. Actually going through them was both soul destroying and cathartic. It really is time to let go.

Next will be the DVDs and CDs. But the hardest will be my jewellery making stuff.

My birth name is Denise, but I’m know as Bella to those who love me. I have a first class honours degree in education & psychology and a strong passion to keep learning and educating others ... I have severe ME/CFS and lots of other chronic illnesses and I started this blog as an expansion to my instagram page, where I advocate for chronic illness. I am married and have two grown up boys, or should I say young men. I have three gorgeous grandchildren, one boy and two girls. And despite being chronically sick and housebound I am mostly happy. 🥰
