review: french toast …

I can no longer cook or do any food preparation due to having severe ME. So, easy, enjoyable, foods are imperative. I have tried lots and lots of easy recipe meals, some were awful, some ok, and others have quite enjoyable and I have them over and over again.

So I thought I would start to share some of the more enjoyable ones with you.

I really enjoyed this. I have this for a snack, breakfast, lunch, or evening meal with extra vegetables and sometimes grated cheese. Personally, I do prefer it with more savoury toppings, but sweet is good too. It would be really nice with a small salad too but I am allergic to raw vegetables so I only have them rarely.

I have severe ME/CFS and lots of other chronic illnesses and I started this blog as an expansion to my instagram page, where I advocate for chronic illness. I am married and have two grown up boys, or should I say young men. I have three gorgeous grandchildren, one boy and two girls. And despite being chronically sick and housebound I am mostly happy. πŸ₯°
