I can no longer cook or do any food preparation due to having severe ME. So, easy, enjoyable, foods are imperative. I have tried lots and lots of ready meals, some were awful, some ok, and others have quite enjoyable and I have them over and over again.
So I thought I would start to share some of the more enjoyable ones with you.

Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power. 700W 7 mins / 800W 6mins 30 secs / 900W 6 mins.

Oven cook from chilled Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 2 tbsps of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 25 mins

I sort of enjoyed this. It was a little bit too spicy for me. I had it for a lunch on its own and for an evening meal with a small naan bread. It would be really nice with a small salad too but I am allergic to raw vegetables so I only have them rarely.
