I can no longer cook or do any food preparation due to having severe ME. So, easy, enjoyable, foods are imperative. I have tried lots and lots of ready meals, some were awful, some ok, and others have quite enjoyable and I have them over and over again.

Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 30 mins.

I really enjoyed this. I had it for a lunch on its own and for an evening meal with garlic bread. It would be really nice with a small salad too but I am allergic to raw vegetables so I only have them rarely.
